We are a recruitment company specialising in four different areas, Manufacturing, Engineering, Health & Safety and Construction.

What Information Do We Collect:

We will only collect and retain personal data that is necessary to allow us to carry out our principal function and activities. An example of personal data we collect is your Curriculum Vitae including name, contact details, and employment history. We collect this data through this website. We may also collect data through meetings/interviews, or any other form of communication with you.

What Will We Do With Your Personal Data:

We will use your personal data to evaluate your suitability for potential opportunities with employer clients, and communicate with you in relation to such opportunities. Amber Recruitment is the data controller in respect of your personal data.

Any third party (employer clients) contracted with Amber Recruitment Services will process your personal data based on documented instructions from the controller in line with this Privacy Policy.

We will store your personal data on our electronic database, and on our cloud-based systems/servers. We may disclose your personal data when we are legally required to do so. If you are engaged by Amber Recruitment Services, we may require additional personal information such as PPS details, bank details, insurance, and visa details to facilitate engagement and payment services.

When you tick the box and submit your CV you are consenting to the processing your personal data in line with Amber Recruitment Services Privacy Policy.

You may at any time request that we modify, update or delete personal data we hold on file.

You can do this by contacting john@amberrecruitment.ie who will respond to your request within 14 days of your request.

How We Keep Your Personal Data Secure:

All the personal data you give us is stored on secure servers which are password protected. Hard copies printed by us are stored / filed at our Limerick offices. When a hard copy is no longer required it is destroyed securely. Our website may at times contain links to other websites that have different privacy policies. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these other policies, as we accept no responsibility, nor do we have any input or control over these privacy policies.

Changes To Privacy Policy:

Any changes or updates to our privacy policy will be published, and notification given on our website.
